You're not hiring a firm. You're hiring me.
I'm Ben Williams — Marine Corps veteran and operations leader. I've spent fifteen years running physical operations: from helicopter maintenance and embassy security in the Marines, to the floor of an Amazon fulfillment center, to a full-site P&L, to network programs across 81 facilities. OpsStack Solutions is how I bring that experience to small and mid-sized operators who need a real operator's perspective, not a deck.
“Every engagement is me. The person you talk to on the first call is the person walking your floor, writing your SOPs, and coaching your supervisors. No handoffs, no junior team, no PowerPoint factory.”
Fifteen years across every level of an operation.
I've done the work at every level of a distribution operation. That matters because problems on the floor rarely stay on the floor — and problems in the C-suite rarely originate there.

- Prior: helicopter maintenance and logistics supporting 17 aircraft worldwide
Problems on the floor rarely stay on the floor.
What "hands-on" actually means.
- 01
I start every engagement by walking the floor and listening — to associates, leads, supervisors, and leadership. The picture rarely lines up cleanly between those groups, and the gaps are usually where the real problems live.
- 02
From there I write down what I actually see happening, share it with you honestly, and we decide together what's worth fixing first. I don't sell a fixed methodology or a proprietary framework — my job is to leave your operation running better than I found it, using tools and habits your team can maintain when I'm gone.
- 03
Big firms are optimized for large engagements with well-defined scopes. Most SMB operations don't need that — they need someone who will show up in steel-toes, ask uncomfortable questions, and stay until the fix sticks. That's the job I signed up for.
